Ever struggle to get yours kids to eat a healthy breakfast? Do they turn up their noses at the sight of leafy greens? Battle both problems (and bake something delicious) with Green Smoothie Muffins.

A whole package of fresh spinach is blended into these muffins, the taste of which is hidden by the combination of bananas, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Getting kids to eat salad is nearly impossible, especially when they’re little, but kids with even just a few teeth in can nibble on these easy muffins. The green muffins are soft, light, and not too sweet.

The best part? You make part of the batter in a blender, so get the kids involved by letting them add the spinach and banana to the blender, and pushing the button to start it.

Enjoy a fluffy and sweet baked good while working towards your daily serving of vegetables.
