Thanks to Cooking light, we’re in hot sauce heaven. So, if your feeling a bit chilly, the best way to warm up this cold winter is with homemade Sriracha! If you love all things Sriracha, you will love how easy it is to heat up your favorite dish without needing to go to the store after your bottle is down to its last drop – just make sure you have a few simple ingredients on hand: sugar, vinegar, salt, garlic, and red chiles. That’s it! So forget store-bought and mix up several batches; cause with this addicting sauce, you’ll need a backup reserve for your backup reserve.
