Classic Zucchini Bread

Are you a fan of zucchini? Even if you’re not a huge lover of this green summer vegetable by itself,  we could take it a step sweeter. This zucchini bread recipe is a definitely a classic for a reason, and while it probably doesn’t count as a serving of vegetables, it’s still absolutely delicious. If you’ve never tried it before you’re in for a treat. Just like carrot cake, zucchini bread features shredded zucchini to create a moist, rich, and decadent loaf style bread that is great for breakfast, snacking, or even dessert. It also makes for a great food gift or potluck option if you have an event coming up. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger give this bread a spiced kick and warm flavor. Simply slice and spoon on some of your favorite butter while it’s still warm from the oven for a deliciously cozy experience!
