Once you’ve picked your pizza (or pizzas), it’s time to prep the dough. The dough ingredients include water, dry yeast, sugar, salt, all-purpose flour, olive oil, and yellow cornmeal. After preparing the dough, divide and shape it into individual balls and let it “relax” in the fridge for at least an hour before allowing your guests to roll their own dough. Now, you’re ready to grill. Be sure the grill has reached at least 400 degrees before placing the dough cornmeal side down on the grill grate. You can flip the dough once you see grill marks and it is fully cooked on one side.
