Vegetable and Chicken Lo Mein

It’s officially the Year of the Goat. The Chinese New Year continuously circulates every twelve years with twelve different animals before restarting. If you’re like me, you may already know which animal year you were born in. If not, a quick search online is a lot of fun and enlightening to see how the Chinese culture honors a new year. To celebrate that culture, we’ve compiled a selection of noodle recipes to bring that celebration to life.

Whether you were born in the Year of the Ox, or the Horse, or the Rabbit, we think you’ll like these easy-to-make meals featuring plenty of hearty noodles. Enjoy them on salads, with beef, chicken, or even pork. Whichever you choose, it’s guaranteed to be a hit in your household for many more Chinese New Year cycles to come!
