Some people add nuts to meals to give them a little extra crunch, but you can use cereal instead. Try sprinkling a tablespoon of nuggets on yogurt, frozen yogurt, low-fat ice cream, oatmeal, fruit salads, green salads, and vegetables. Oh, and it’s also good in a bowl of milk with a spoon. Since you’re only using a few tablespoons at a time, store the cereal in the freezer in a zip-top plastic bag to keep it fresh.
