Kitchen Shortcut: Thawing Frozen Chicken

To quickly thaw frozen cooked chicken, place the chicken in a microwave-safe dish, and heat at HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes. Or heat the frozen chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring often. Or thaw chicken in the refrigerator overnight. You can also use refrigerator grilled chicken breast strips, deli roasted chicken (skin removed), or leftover cooked chicken.
