Shredding Chicken

You don’t need any fancy tools to shred chicken. To shred roasted or cooked chicken, simply take two forks and pull the meat apart into bite-sized pieces. If you’re not using the chicken immediately, store it, uncovered, in a shallow container in the refrigerator to help it cool quickly. Then cover the container when the chicken has cooled.
