Cajun Salmon Cakes with Lemon-Garlic Aioli

Salmon-cakes-ck-1072187-l In need of a quick weeknight dinner?  Check out these supereasy salmon cakes, which call for canned, boneless salmon.  Dijon mustard, a dash of Cajun seasoning, and a homemade aioli add delicious flavor.  Last night I served these cakes with a bagged Caesar salad and some sauteed squash and zucchini.  Yum!
