3 Recipes To Make Before You Ride Disney World’s New Ride: Frozen Ever After

Frozen fans, look alive! Disney has just doubled its must-see kid options (I’m looking at you, Nemo) at one of its least kid-friendly parks, while also spreading the Midas-inspired power of the Frozen franchise to Epcot. That’s right, a new Frozen-themed ride has opened in Norway. It’s called Frozen Ever After, and it’s glorious.

The ride opened June 21 without a soft launch, and, while there have been a few kinks, the Frozen fanatics are out in full force in the Florida heat, which can only mean one thing: Lines.

That’s right, you’re looking at waits of up to five hours to enjoy about five minutes of glorious animatronic Olaf, Sven, and the rest of the crew, though honestly we hear Olaf and Sven steal the spotlight and we believe it because OF COURSE THEY DO.

There are a lot of ways to spend five hours that don’t involve taking part in the world’s slowest, sweatiest conga line, even if you did get bragging rights for being on the ride the first week it opened.

So before you go, try making our favorite Frozen treats.

Still going? We suggest grabbing a margarita in Mexico, then hitting the line just before close. Rumor is they won’t kick you out, even if the park closes.

Have you ridden Frozen Ever After? Was it better than Hollywood Studios’ Frozen Sing Along? Dish with us in the comments.
