This week, in good food news, Chobani founder and CEO Hamdi Ulukaya announced that his 2,000 full-time employees will be sharing 10% of the company shares. What does that mean? When the company goes public, employees will be able to sell those shares, which are expected to be valued with a payout averaging $150,000 per employee, with some employees who have been with the company from the start set to receive up to $1 million.
