Rachael Ray has had a very interesting last few days. It all started with the release of Beyonce’s latest album, Lemonade, which dropped over the weekend and has a variety of themes, including infidelity.

In her song, “Sorry” the closing lyrics are “He only want me when I’m not there / He better call Becky with the good hair.” This caused fans to question, “Just who exactly is this Becky?” The Queen Bee’s avid followers, blinded by rage and possibly a touch of illiteracy, confused Jay Z’s rumored mistress, fashion designer Rachel Roy, with the Food Network’s Rachael Ray. Then the Instagram onslaught began.

Overloaded with a flood of comments from angry Beyonce fans, Rachael Ray’s post about a pulled beef sandwich had comments almost exclusively of bee and lemon emojis and insults.

Some of the best (or worst, depending on how you look at it) comments showed just intensely Beyonce’s fan base believed that the 30 Minute Meals star was stealing Jay Z from her:

Oh I loved hot chicken fajitas but I will never make them again after what you did to the Queen.

You’ve been cooking up them 30 minute meals behind the Queen’s back, huh?!

Never watchin ur show again Rachel u r a homewrecker!

I bet that’s exactly what you were whipping up in Jay Z’s kitchen while Beyonce was out performing.

Now there’s plenty of reasons to be annoyed by Rachael Ray, like her coining the term “EVOO” or her kitchen product line’s Trash Bowls (which are really just bowls). But as far as we know there’s no evidence suggesting that Rachael has ever had a thing (or even met) Jay Z.

Thankfully, the Food Network star seemed to take the whole name confusion debacle in stride, posting the link to a lemonade recipe on her Instagram Sunday.
