Make A Breakfast Nacho Bowl This Weekend

I’m the first person to tell you that weekend breakfasts are meant for easy cinnamon rolls and all things sweet, but then someone introduced me to breakfast nachos, aka Chilaquiles.

Chilaquiles are the epitome of comfort food and they couldn’t be easier to make. Plus, you typically eat them with a fork, so your fingers don’t even get dirty. We like ours topped with fresh avocado, chopped tomatoes, and a little hot sauce.
