We’ve got a really cool trick for you today. Thursday is Thanksgiving, and in case you haven’t yet shifted into the mindset of the holidays, don’t worry. If you’re expecting lots of houseguests this holiday season, it can be easy to get swept up in the stress of having to provide enough food quickly for a crowd. To make things easier when the breakfast rush hits, this awesome trick from Sunset is priceless. When you have many guests over for breakfast or brunch, instead of falling into the trap of having to make a lot bacon the old fashioned way in a skillet one batch at a time, just use the oven instead! It takes less time, there’s less mess involved, and by cooking two pans of bacon at once, you can have enough to feed a crowd in no time at all.

By placing the bacon on racks atop baking sheets in the oven, you have enough room to make enough bacon for whatever size crowd you happen to have, and all you have to do is flip the bacon halfway through the cooking time. 15 minutes is all you need for crispy, piping hot bacon that will feed your entire entourage.
