Earlier this week we talked about cooking styles and tips and tricks for getting the best flavor out of your Thanksgiving turkey, but we didn’t mention as much about the prep work involved to get that process started. Well, today we have a treat for you all because we’re going to explore the nitty gritty details in how to prep and begin roasting the most perfect turkey ever. The video below includes great tips on how to start out with a fresh or freshly defrosted bird, and will cover what to do with the wings as well as how to tie the drumsticks together before roasting. These steps make for a more hassle-free experience and are quick and easy to remember.
