Looking to get in some more healthy food options this fall? Look no further than chia seeds. Chia seeds are rich in omega-3, antioxidants, and nutrients, and have been grown by ancient civilizations dating as far back as 1500 B.C.  It’s so easy to incorporate chia seeds into your diet, especially when enjoying them in these versions of chia seed pudding, which consist of chia seeds soaked in milk until they soften and then are topped with even more tasty ingredients. With a texture reminiscent of tapioca pudding, chia seed pudding makes a great dessert, snack, or breakfast. If you’re a fan of overnight oats, these recipes are just as easy for a grab-and-go breakfast. Simply leave the chia seeds and milk in the fridge overnight, then add your favorite toppings to the mixture the next morning. Voila!

Beyond the awesome simplicity of a make-ahead chia pudding to satisfy hunger pangs, chia seeds are also a wonderful addition to gluten-free breads, granola bars, and other snacks. See how creative you can get with chia seeds and be sure to check these great recipes below for inspiration.
