Crunchy, Crispy, Kale!

If you’re like most people, the struggle to get more greens into your diet is a real thing, and if you’re lucky, you can squeeze in a few salads each week. But there are also so many other ways to enjoy greens? Kale, which we talked about last week, is a sturdy and firm green all on its own, stands really well to being baked and becomes crisp like a chip in the oven. If you’ve never attempted to eat kale like this, it’s definitely a must-try. Just sprinkle a little olive oil and sea salt and you’ve got a great afternoon snack on your hands. The result is a melt-in-your-mouth experience that you’d never thought you could get from a vegetable! For added flavor and variety, it’s a lot of fun to try different flavor combos, like sprinkling red pepper flakes, sriracha, paprika, or even some cheese. Interested in seeing how the magic happens?
