Shrimp Gets a Speedy Kung Pao Makeover

When it comes to a weeknight meal in a busy household, quick and easy is always preferable. The good news is that it’s never been easier to get delicious Asian cuisine in such a short amount of time. If you’ve got ten minutes, then you’ve got time to cook up some of this amazing Kung Pao Shrimp. This dish features great flavor with soy sauce, chopped peanuts, sherry, and crushed red pepper. Seafood fans and Asian cuisine fans alike will enjoy this speedy take on a takeout favorite.  If you have a wok, it will definitely come in handy here, otherwise you can just use a deep dish skillet. It’s also worth noting that if you don’t have any sherry, a dry white wine is a great substitute. Serve over noodles or rice and you’ll have yourself a fabulous and memorable dinner that everyone can enjoy.
