I’ve always been a fan of quick and simple, but I’ll bet you can’t guess how fast this fish cooks. Give up? Just 5 minutes! That’s right, in five minutes, this tilapia is piping hot and flakey fresh straight from the broiler. When you pair white fish with some great spices, those flavors get absorbed right in to create a unique and fun flavor experience. The cumin and cayenne pepper are present here, but not overpowering, which lends to a great seafood experience.
