Farro! I want to tell you all about this amazing grain, which happens to be one of my favorite new ingredients. I’m crazy about all the unique ancient grain varieties popping up on shelves all over the country. From spelt to quinoa to einkorn, there’s never been a better time to experiment with whole grains than now.
