Turkey Jambalaya

We know, we know… Mardi Gras week is officially over, but indulging in a little cajun flair is hard to resist. If you want to keep that jazz and spice going a little longer look no further than classic jambalaya. This dish is considered a classic for a reason. It’s perfect no matter the time of year (though it’s certainly very much appreciated in this cold weather) and features some of the best flavors around.

This particular jambalaya recipe stars some great players: shredded turkey and andouille sausage, a traditional sausage used for this dish. Jambalaya is a fun dish to play around with, which is why there are so many different variations of the recipe. Don’t be afraid to tweak it, mix it up, and make it your own!
