Easy White Frosting

 

 

A cake is only as good as its frosting. Have you ever tried one of those dime-a-dozen, pre-made cakes where once you’ve served it to your guests, you catch them sloughing off the icing with the back of their forks? Yeah, it’s easy to remember, because you were probably doing it, too. There’s a reason for the phrase, “it’s the icing on the cake,” because no finishing touch leaves quite the same impression as really good icing. It can turn a shrug-your-shoulders kind of cake into a “Wow! That is so good!” sort of experience.  And of course the best response of all is, “Could I have another slice?”

Electric beater fanatics are going to love this. This easy recipe only calls for four ingredients. The instructions for it’s creation are simple: simply add in each ingredient one at a time and beat until smooth, and voila! You have a perfect creamy frosting that you can use on cakes, cupcakes, with fruit, or on anything else that you desire to curb your sweet tooth craving.
