Company-Worthy Pork Shoulder

Slow-Roasted Pork Shoulder

No doubt you’ll have hungry holiday guests showing up at your door soon, but what exactly are you going to feed them? You could absolutely purchase a glazed holiday ham from your local grocery store. That’s easy, but expected. Our advice? Make this Slow-Roasted Pork Shoulder yourself and serve it with store-bought (or homemade!) side dishes. Everyone will be pleased (a dozen 5-star reviews don’t lie), and you’ll feel good about serving food made with a little extra love.

Start the roast in the morning, and it will be ready for a special supper with company. The skin crisps to crunchy cracklings, and the meat melts with juicy tenderness. Your guests will be begging for second helpings. Don’t believe me? Watch the sexy how-to video below (yes, I did use sexy and how-to video in the same sentence) and get cooking!
