How to Make Chicken and Herb White Pizza

Growing up, I was one of those kids that only liked cheese pizza. I was a picky eater who liked things plain and simple. Crust and cheese. I didn’t even like pizza sauce. Thankfully, I’ve grown out of that a little and have become a more adventurous eater, at least when it comes to pizza.

But if you or your kids are picky eaters, consider making a white pizza. That’s a fancy way of saying there isn’t any pizza sauce. Instead, this Chicken and Herb White Pizza has a white sauce that’s made primarily of milk and pecorino Romano cheese. Then the pizza is topped with shredded, cooked chicken, onion, and fresh herbs like oregano, chives, and parsley. As always, you can leave out or add in anything you want!

This pizza is extremely easy to make, which makes it great for those crazy busy weeknights. You can shave off even more time by using a pre-made pizza crust and jarred minced garlic. Then just pop it in the oven just until all the toppings are warm!

To see just how easy this pizza is, take a look at the video below!
