Tailgating treats are some of my favorite foods to make, because they’re perfectly portable and incredibly delicious. From gooey, cheesy dips, to bacon wrapped (anything), tailgating foods are just the best. When it comes to game time, we can all agree that brews and food are much appreciated, so I was thrilled when handed this little bag of the American Original Beer Bread Mix from Molly and Drew Beer Bread Company. I immediately tried out the recipe but decided to make it a little more tailgating friendly— introducing Beer Bread Muffins.

Here’s what you need:

American Original Beer Bread Mix
12 oz. of beer or other carbonated beveragephoto 3

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°
Combine the bread mix and beer, and stir just until it is all mixed together.
Coat a muffin pan with cooking spray and fill each muffin slot up half way with the dough.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.

*You could easily slice these and make mini sandwiches out of them, or put some delicious bacon jam inside!
