I’ve been drooling over this Red Velvet-White Chocolate Cheesecake ever since Southern Living’s December issue hit the shelves. If you haven’t seen it yet somehow, you’re in for a real treat. This cake is a show-stopper. It’s glamorous, fancy, and will impress everyone at your next holiday party. Plus, it’s red velvet cake and white chocolate cheesecake combined into one dessert, so you know it’s going to be delicious.
This festive dessert starts with three red velvet cake layers. The cake is slightly denser than most cakes, but it has to hold up those white chocolate cheesecake layers. The whole thing is covered in white chocolate frosting, which I think is a great holiday spin on the classic combination of red velvet and cream cheese frosting.
