Lower Sodium Chicken Broth

If a recipe calls for chicken (or beef or vegetable vegetable) broth, use a lower sodium version. It can have as much as 30% less sodium than regular broth. For people who enjoy cooking quick meals, it takes far less time to open a can than it does to dissolve a bouillon cube!
