The Quickest Way to Core a Bell Pepper

October 24, 2013 | By | Comments (0)

To quickly core a bell pepper, stand the pepper stem-up on your work surface, and slice down around the core. Take large strips of the flesh away from the fruit, leaving the core standing in the center as you work your way around the pepper. Then you will have strips or wedges of bell pepper with the core left behind.
