Love to cook with garlic, but hate the smell it leaves on your skin? To remove the garlic smell from your fingers after mincing garlic, rub your fingers along the flat sides of a stainless steel knife (be careful not to touch the sharp edge). This will also work with a stainless steel sink or other stainless steel appliances.
