Avoiding Soggy Pizza

Don’t you hate soggy pizza crust? Sometimes liquids will puddle on top of freshly baked pizza and drip everywhere or cause the crust to get soggy. To avoid this, allow the pizza to sit for five minutes after you take it out of the oven. Then you can slice it. This will allow time for any liquid on top to be reabsorbed into the toppings so that the crust won’t get soggy. If you don’t have a pizza slicer, kitchen shears are also a handy tool for cutting pizza.
