Canned salmon is a less expensice option than fresh when you want to reap the fish’s nutritional benefits, such as omega-3 fatty acids and potassium. Plus, you can keep it on hand in your pantry. For appearance, we discared the skin and small bones that come with canned salmon for this recipe, but they are completely edible and are sources of omega-3 fatty acids and calcium. If you don’t want to remoce the skin and bones, just blend them in with the fish.
