My husband and I were so inspired by our trip to the 2012 Eggfest in Hiawassee, GA, that we cooked up a big feast on our Egg the night we got home (after a 5 hour trip, no less!).
After combing our Egg cookbooks for ideas, we decided on Asian Pork Loin, Twice “Egged” Potatoes, and Peach Cobbler. The pork was delicious, but the twice egged potatoes and cobbler were the real standouts. Cooking them on the Egg gives a great slightly smoky flavor that can’t be matched by their oven-baked cousins.
