I want to make a lot of changes like eating way more veggies and fruits. Also getting in an hour or more of exercise 5 days a week.
Well, I plan to slow down on the junk food and eat more fruits and vegetables. Drink more water and walk more.
Making more time to exercise and eat right is huge on my priorities list. Also getting healthy and helping to keep my kids on the right path to healthy living.
I would love to use Sun Maid to help begin a healthier lifestyle. With all the sweet-summer temptations, it would be wonderful to have nutritious and delicious alternatives to ice cream and candy we can keep in the house. The spring and summer are the perfect time of year to get enthusiastic about a healthier you!
We love raisins! I put them in so many things I cook. We use dried fruits for healthy snacks.
This season, I plan to train for a 50-mile bike ride and eat more veggies. My local farmers’ market opens for the season tomorrow, and I’m excited to see what all our local growers have to offer!
Eating healthier snacks and meals. Working the gardens and mowing with push mower instead of the riding. Taking more walks.
My child has a dust mite allergy so we are going to encase all of her pillows and bed with allergen free products

I need to eat healthy snacks and cut out Soda.
It has been a long, cold winter. Now that the weather is warmer I want to get more active with walking and gardening along with eating healthier.
I like Sunmaid and MyRecipes on Facebook.
I plan to get my entire family outside to get fresh air and do phsyical activities to keep us heart healthy.
I like both of ya’ll on FB. To make my life healthier this season I am walking at least three times a week, a mile a day, not much but it’s a start, and eating more fruits and vegetables. Also drinking lots of Vitamin C and Green Tea.
I can hardly wait until the temp rises up from the 30′s! I have been working on healthy eating…more fruits and vegetables…(which is why I love Sun-Maid!)…smaller portions…and more exercise. I plan to walk everyday on the trail, weight lift at the gym to tone, and ride my bike toward evenings with my family. Kayaking and tennis will definitely be in the mix too. I love that Sun-Maid pkgs their snacks/fruit in grab and go containers. The kids are fans too! GO SUN-MAID!
I will not only be growing some of my own veggies, but I also will be stopping by the farmers market to pick up some local fresh fruits and veggies. I always have a pack of SunMaid raisins around for snacking, too!
Because I have MS, staying healthy is a top priority for me! I am looking forward to my first box of this seasons locally grown veggies from my CSA farm, but because exercising is difficult, I need all the incentive I can get!
thanks sounds good!
I have decided that this will be the year to eat healthier! That means making sure that my husband, our 8 children and myself find recipes that are delicious as well as healthy and ones that everyone will enjoy. We will also be starting a walking plan in the evenings for 30 minutes and on the weekends a 2 mile walk.
Keep exercising and finding great healthy recipes, plus coming up with some of my own!
We love raisins in our oatmeal and greek yogurt breakfast. At lunch it’s carrot salad and dinner roasted chicken salad! The family walks, runs and plays basketball and raisins plain are a great after snack or an occasional treat of yogurt covered raisins or oatmeal raisin cookies, yum!
I made the choice once I had my daughter two years ago that I wanted to be the healthiest I can be for her. She watches what I put into my body and we make Sun-Maid a part of our daily snacks. From adding raisin’s to our morning oatmeal to carrying them in my purse for on the go snacks! I truely love the healthy choice I can make by keeping these kind of products on hand instead of junk food that won’t fuel our bodies for activites.
I turn 60 in July but figure it is never too late to change bad habits. I have started to do Aeropilates and Zumba for exercise and concentrate on eating healthier meals.
Healthy foods Rock!
I am not buying as many cookies and unhealthy tnings at the store for the kids, we are trying to home make more things. and excercise more.
raisins are very good for the body loaded with iron, we all know this is good for you and children.
smart foods and snacks, zumba, body sculpting in addition to chasing around my 4 kids!
I like both on facebook. I’ve been doing workout dvds 3 times a week and I’m trying to eat more fruit and veggies.
I’m losing weight (and feeling better!) by concentrating on portion size, mindful eating, and high-fiber foods. I also wear a pedometer and aim for at least 10,000 steps a day. One of my favorite snacks is a small handful each of nuts and raisins mixed together. Delicious, healthy and filling!
I will be walking at work during lunch and emphasizing fruits in my snacks.
I have lost 75 pounds and kept it off now for 5 years, I love the sunmaid, they are easy to keep in the cubard and just grab and go or to throw in the kids lunches
I will exercise at least 3 times a week, and eat less.
I’m watching my portion size, working to reduce my stress eating and exercising regularly. Sun Maid makes a great snack after a workout. It doesn’t hurt to tri.
Walking more and further. Checking the ingredients of everything I buy or eat. Trying to stay with fresh, healthy, foods and staying away from pre-packaged foods with no health benefits.
I have started a regular program alternating Aeropilates and Zumba. I need to do better with eating regularly but when I do eat, I try to make it a balanced and healthy meal.
i have started taking regular classes and i will definitely prefer to get my body in good shape rather of eating everything..
